GETI Summer Program 2026
Hydra Island, Greece | June 19-26 + 27-29 | 61 Hours of Process & Training
Experience Organization™ Level 1
For centuries humanity has searched for a way to have more peace, pleasure, and creativity. Nonetheless, humanity's discontent has continued to fuel a world of scarcity, conflict, and missed opportunities. People everywhere can sense humanity's great potential — and yet we seem destined to repeat similar struggles year after year, century after century.
Experience Organization™ Level 1 addresses why humanity keeps repeating itself — and more importantly how you can radically move beyond your current state of personal development. This summer's program is a time to dive deep into what really matters, what you want to keep in your life, and what you want to leave behind. It is a time to realize how you keep repeating and what you can do to move beyond it.
You will be introduced to the Experiscape — your sense of Being in the world — and the Mirrorsphere — your unique Organizations of Experience that keep you trapped repeating the same type of limitation. You will also discover the Power of Being and the Power of the Mysterium to extend — bring forth new worlds of possibility and to discover new ways of interacting more effectively in whatever you choose to do.
The Facilitator: Morgan Goodlander brings over 30 years of experience training psychotherapists on three continents — including 25 years as Director of the Gestalt Institute of San Francisco and three years as co-director of gestalt training at the world-renowned Esalen Institute, along with seminars and trainings presented in 15 countries. He is an active speaker, workshop leader, and consultant in personal and organizational development across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
In recent years, Morgan founded Experience Organization™, the GETI Community, and the GETI·Institute. Through the Institute, he teaches Experience Organization Practice and offers personal development workshops and leadership programs for individuals and organizations seeking alignment with their greatest personal and professional fulfillment.
He is known for his humor and his ability to evoke life-changing moments in the people and groups he engages.

The Deste Foundation and Miaoulia festival takes place annually stretching across roughly two weeks of Hydra Island activities and events, so the island fills up well in advance. Both ferries and accommodations book up fast for week of 19-29 — so the single most important thing you can do is plan early — ideally several months ahead. Staying in Hydra Town, the main port, (or Kamini Harbor) puts you within walking distance of the parade routes, cultural events, and the harbour-front fireworks finale.
Hydra offers a range of places to stay, from budget-friendly hotels and family-run guesthouses to boutique properties and luxury villas. Major platforms like Booking.com and Airbnb list many Hydra properties. Airbnb listings tend to book up especially quickly during peak season so don't wait.
From Athens airport, you need to get to the port of Piraeus, which is about 45 km away. The cheapest option is the X96 express bus, which runs directly from the airport to Piraeus and takes about an hour. Alternatively, you can take the metro, which costs around €9 for adults and €4.50 for children, students, or those over 55. If you'd rather not deal with public transport, a taxi from the airport to Piraeus runs roughly €80–€95. If you're already staying in central Athens, the metro is even simpler — take the Green Line (Line 1) from Monastiraki station, and a 24-hour ticket costs just €4.20. A taxi from the city center is around €20. However you get there, ferries to Hydra and the Saronic Islands depart from Gate E8 at Piraeus Port — confirm on your ticket and the departure boards, as the port is large and gates are spread out.
Ferries run year-round, with about three departures per day in the off-season and many more in summer. All vessels on this route are high-speed catamarans, and the crossing takes roughly 1 hour 5 minutes to 2 hours depending on the service and stops. Ticket prices range from about €40–€50 for a standard seat. The three ferry companies serving the Piraeus–Hydra route are Blue Star Ferries (operating under the Hellenic Seaways brand), Alpha Lines, and Magic Sea Ferries. Remember that you cannot bring a car on the ferry — motor vehicles are prohibited on Hydra. You can book tickets in advance through sites like Ferryhopper, Ferryscanner, or Direct Ferries.
This June, step away from the noise and join Morgan Goodlander on the stunning, car-free island of Hydra, Greece for 61 hours of immersive process work, training, and transformation.
